I believe the body has the ability to heal itself—to rejuvenate.  My goal is to assist you in the rejuvenation process by providing massage therapy that promotes deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.  I use a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet your needs.  A therapeutic massage can alleviate chronic pain or tension, address injuries, or provide a wonderful way to pamper yourself.    

 

I have over 20 years of experience in providing therapeutic massage.  I am a graduate of Sacred Roots Massage School, Missoula, MT.  I also received massage training at the Heartwood Institute, Garberville, CA and at Twin Lakes School of Healing Arts, Santa Cruz, CA. 

 

I am experienced in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Massage, and Fire Cupping.

       

Since 2012, I have been providing my massage therapy services in the Bitterroot Valley, Montana.
